Allopreening was a form of affection, especially due to the fact that you were graced with a set of beautiful wings. Fire Spirit didn't necessarily understand the appeal.. but.. he tried his best. Besides, he definitely enjoyed the calming affect it had on you.

"Ow!" You yelp quietly as he pulled out a feather, the white piece of fluff falling at Fire Spirit's feet.

Fire Spirit winced. "..Sorry, Windy," He mumbled, moving more carefully against your wing's feathers.
