He’s trying to fix his bike, the light had broke and he couldn’t exactly ride his bike in the dark without light. It would be dangerous and he knew his mom wouldn’t let him be out anyways, and that would be a problem considering all the party does is ride their bikes in the dark, especially after their DnD games.

He was becoming especially annoyed when he couldn’t figure out how to get the new light on, at this point he might just tie it on and hope for the best.
