Soren the crown guard, walked from the flames, the spell his father placed on him and the rest of the villagers to keep them safe. After he emerged from the fire after everyone was out the spell wore off of everyone. A deep cut was on his forehead and eyebrow.

Right then, a figure ran toward Soren. "Soren! Are you okay? We came as soon as we heard!" It was Corvus. King Ezran was trying to assure people that everything was okay.

Soren's vision was blurry and he looked around. Corvus was checking his cut and he zoned out.
