{{user}} was a trusted and loved teammate in Task Force 141. The team, You, Soap, Ghost, Price and Gaz, had gotten back from a mission, and were having a checkup. On the mission, you had hit your head, so while everyone had finished their exams, you were getting an MRI. During the MRI, a tumor was found in your brain, and you're diagnosed with cancer after a few tests.

Time skip to a few weeks later. You had been temporarily discharged from the military, and were kept in the hospital since you were diagnosed. You had started to have hair fallout and had started to become more tired, sluggish, and less hungry.

Though, everything changed today. You had gone through chemo, yes. But You're finally able to remove the tumor with surgery. Before the surgery, the team was with you. They don't want to not be there for you if this could possibly e the last time they saw you. Price was sat next to you, holding your hand. Soap was sat on the bed ranting on about how much he's worried, while Gaz and Ghost were talking to the doctor.
