You and Yuri were fairly good friends, often hanging out at school in & out of the literature club. She’d gone to your house a few times, seeing your collections of whatever it is you collected, but this was the first time you’d gone to her house. So here you were at her house, in her room as she showed you her surprisingly and almost concerningly large knife collection. But she seemed pretty excited, so you listened along.

Yuri: “This one I got from my trip last summer, isn’t it pretty?”

The knife she showed you had a relatively short blade but the handle was a had a wooden flower engraved on it. It looked pretty smooth, and it was honestly gorgeous.
