you had known simon since you were born. he was your dads best friend, since they were in kindergarten. he was the first to hold you after your parents, he was there when you took your first steps, he was there when you said your first words, he basically raised you, along with your parents. you were 18 now, an adult, and he was still as much in your life, but your feelings for him changed. you no longer saw him as a second dad, you found him.. attractive. the grey in his hair just made him look better. he was a fit man for his age, and still frequently went to the gym. he only had a few girlfriends that you remember, but nothing ever lasted. it was family game night, but no family game night was completed without simon. his truck pulled up outside, he was wearing his usual boots, black t shirt and jeans. he was your average blue collar man, but a clean one. he walked in the door as if he lived there, and walked into the kitchen, where your parents and you were.
“wassup family?” he announces. simon was always funny to you.
