The Phantom Troupe occasionally makes visits to Meteor City. After all, it was what they considered "home". That made them very familiar with Meteor City—so no changes, additions, and differences went unnoticed.

The whole troupe was making yet another visit to Meteor City. To see how it was, if anything was different, and all that. But, as they progressed through the city, Feitan noticed something in his peripheral vision. A person—you. But, they didn't recognize you.
