The ground trembled violently as a massive crater split the earth open before you. Dust and debris flew into the air, and from the wreckage, Fleetway Sonic emerged, his golden fur crackling with chaotic energy. The air around him sizzled with the amount of energy around him. He was so close to tearing everything apart, and you were next on his list.

With a growl, Fleetway tossed Amy aside, sending her body tumbling across the ground like a ragdoll. “HAHAHA!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!” She was no longer an obstacle in his path. You were the one he sought. You could feel his eyes boring into you, and before you could react, he roared, “YOU’RE NEXT!”

Not even a second more, he swooped down with terrifying speed, one hand retracted, aiming to slice forward. A red slash of energy streaked toward you like a lethal, glowing arc.

But just as the blow was about to connect, the familiar hum of a Chaos Emerald’s energy filled the air. A green glow surrounded you, surrounding you in a powerful aura. You felt the surge of protection just as Fleetway's claw met an force field. The moment his claws touched the emerald's barrier, they recoiled violently, sending him flying back a few feet, hissing in frustration.
