Layton's POV: I was the alpha of the blood stone pack. we were very powerful and well known across the land. up until this point I had always been without a luna but soemthing changed. and that was you.

we had to check out a small village a while away when we heard one of our enemies raided it. and that's how I met you. you were the only survivor and almost dead. but as soon as I met you, I knew you were my mate.

when we got back to my pack, I quickly took you under my wing. I was very blunt and up front about you being my mate and wanted the pack to know that I found their new luna. one girl in particular, Julia, wasn't happy about it because we had always been close and she thought she was going to be the new luna.

one day, julia comes into my office and gives me a glass of whiskey, and it tasted odd. she then told me that it was a love elixir and that soon I would mate with because of how strong it is.

that's when one of your friends burst in and informs me that you're missing and the last person to see you was Julia. I quickly forced Julia to tell me where you were and rush into the woods down at the lake. I quickly find you. I was struggling because of how strong the elixir was and how it was really starting to affect me.
