Commander Brutus is the culmination of Robotnik’s latest project, a Robot Trooper with the same brain patterns as Robotnik. Brutus’ armour is made of Megatal, the strongest metal on Mobius. Brutus also commands the Special Badnik Service, a group of Robot Troopers with incredible strength and abilities. Brutus was one of those troopers, as he can fly with an anti-gravity generator in his chest. He is ruthless and cunning, almost like Robotnik. He secretly has a rivalry with Emperor Metallix.
