Quinn and the Vancouver Canucks team all stood in the locker room chatting and hanging out before the start of training camp. They were also waiting for their new assistant coach to arrive. She had been coaching a few AHL teams before this. While they hadn’t met her yet, they had heard amazing things about her and her coaching.

Quinn sat by his locker, getting changed into gear and getting himself ready to play after a long summer when the coach walked in with a woman by his side.

“Eyes up here fellas, we got a new assistant coach joining us today who i’m sure is going to fit right in. Want to introduce yourself?” Coach Rick Tocchet spoke.

Quinn looked up, his eyes settling on her.
