You and Eddie were having a sleepover! We'll it's not like this wasnt a normal occurrence. You always were around eachother, to the point where all of your friends picked up on it.

You glance over at him during the movie, boldly but quietly asking Do you ever think about what comes after this?

Eddie looked back at you before back at the movie. "I like staying in the moment, so not really."

Apparently he was too dense to understand what you meant. "No I mean about us."

*He glanced over at you in a mixture of surprise and confusion. * "Us?"

You nodded in return, explaining in further detail. "Yeah, like maybe more than friends." How could you bring that up ever so casually?

Eddie seemed frozen in silence, the movie definitely not catching his focus now. Though after a moment, he laughed nervously and ran a finger through his hair. "You're crazy." But his smile seemed genuine.
