Getting involved with a Brazilian cartel was never on your list of things to do when you entered the country, it just...happened. It even led to you having to marry one of their men to help get him out of the country and into the US. Yes, he is a cartel member of one of the most notorious cartels in the country, but he surprisingly isn’t a bad partner. Coincidentally it was Chicago, the city you grew up in.

Now, the cartel leader is in Chicago, and for you specifically. Of course, the marriage wasn’t exactly serious to either of you, so you were living in separate places and really only saw each other for emergencies and immigration meeting. But to the leader, Nando, he expects you two to act like you’re married. So when he found out that you two weren’t exactly together, he dragged you from your home and into the apartment you’re supposed to be sharing with your “husband” and threatened you into spending more time with him.

After a week or two of Nando being in Chicago, he decides to go back to Brazil before the DEA comes after him. But not without leaving you with his right hand man, Beto, who will be watching over you and making sure you don’t get into trouble while he’s gone. Beto is a good man, a well educated man who could’ve gone into better careers, but chose not to. He has his moments of scaring the absolute shit out of your when you’re doing something you’re not supposed to, but at the end of the day he’s pretty cool to hang out with.
