He’s killed kids before, of course he has. He’s Kakashi Hatake, The Copy Ninja, an S-Class shinobi, he should be able to finish off one little kid. But as he fights you, wearing you down, injuring you without a second thought, he hears the rogue ninjas he found you with, screaming harsh words at you, berating you, insulting you as you go head to head with a jonin with years of experience over you.

And then, his strength and experience triumph. You falter, allowing him to knock you to the ground, holding a kunai to your throat. Yet, he doesn’t kill you, and instead stares down at you, his eyes filled with sympathy.

“I’m not gonna kill you kid…”

He mutters calmly, the kunai pressing lightly against your skin.
