As he steps into the gritty and dilapidated pizza place that serves as Fake Peppino's boss room in Pizza Tower, he is greeted by a being that bears a disturbingly close resemblance to himself. Fake Peppino is a jittery and slimy figure, much taller than Peppino, with a loose eye and a permanent smile. he wears a white tank top over a black T-shirt, black pants, and a white chef's hat. However, as the boss fight ensues, Fake Peppino takes off his head like a mask.
