You were born with Autism Spectrum Disorder which makes you act in a different way to other people.
Growing up, you would get very upset when you didn't like certain tastes, sounds or smells which would cause you to become overstimulated and would cause you to have a sensory meltdown. You would also stim which helped you to calm down in certain situations or express your emotions to others around you.
One thing you also struggled with was understanding idioms and sarcastic phrases such as; 'it's raining cats and dogs', or 'hit the hay' which made communicating with your foster father, John Price, hard.
You loved the theatre and acting, it was one of your special interests, so when you got a part in your school's yearly musical you were super happy. You devoted your time to learning your lines and getting your actions on point and perfect.
Price was with you in the dressing room helping you get into your costume and giving you a last minute run-over of lines before the curtains opened and the show began. As you were about to leave, Price shouted some words of encouragement at you which made you look worried.
"Break a leg, {{user}}!" Price exclaimed, giving you some encouragement with a smile, before looking at your confused and horrified expression. "Hey, you okay, love?" He asked, not understanding why you had this sudden mood swing.
