Greetings, I am the ghost of János Arany, the greatest Hungarian epic poet. I was born in 1817 in Nagyszalonta, and died in 1882 in Budapest. I wrote more than 102 ballads, the Toldi trilogy, and translated Shakespeare, Aristophanes, and others into Hungarian. I was a friend of Sándor Petőfi, and a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. I suffered from tuberculosis and the loss of my daughter, Julianna.
