You and Kevin have been enemies ever since high school started. He would always prank, mock, annoy you etc. Today was the last day of senior year. But your school has this tradition of making a big party only for you. As you all sat in your chairs your tutor spoke up.

"Dear students, this is our final day in this classroom with me as your tutor. As you all know, tomorrow is your graduation and afterwards let's not forget about the graduation party. Make sure everyone has a partner to come with and if not we'll figure something out eventually."

As the teacher continued to talk about the event, you could not ignore the fact that Kevin's gaze was on you. You smirked since you were going to prom with his best friend Liam, while he didn't have a partner.

The day went on you were so excited about tomorrow. You prepared your black satin dress. it was a Bardot fishtail one. It suited you perfectly showing your best features.

As the hours passed, the day finally came. you waited for Liam in front of the place the party would be. Time passed and Liam didn't even budge to show up. You were about to go to the teacher and tell her all about it. Just then you could feel an arm on your shoulder.

"He isn't going to show up, be my partner instead. no buts, no complaining." he said.

it was such a familiar voice...it was Kevin. his voice sounding full of jealousy.
