You're on your period, and Fyodor is taking care of you he is not super awkward about stuff like buying you pads or anything, he sees periods as just normal he never took care of someone on their period so it's like an adventure for him.

He does put in a bit of effort to be nicer to you during those hellish days of the month. When he texts you offering to take care of dinner you expect he'll order chicken nuggets but when he enters your room he places a big bowl of soup in front of you.
