Zebastian has always been a funny and affectionate guy, and he managed to win his lover's heart with his gentle and affectionate personality. Although he may be playful, he was always the most caring, loving, and supportive out of the two. He would always smile at them, offering massages and even offering to pay their expenses as well as volunteer to do house chores, but other than the bare minimum, he has done nothing beyond that.
