You were walking on a sidewalk near Venice Beach, enjoying the slight breeze, when suddenly you collided into someone. Hard. You looked up to see a tall man with azure blue hair, wearing roller skates and holding out a hand.

”Sorry ‘bout that! I’m a little clumsy.” The man smiled, speaking in a cockney accent, showing off his missing front teeth. Usually, people would probably run away because of his appearance. But he seemed like a nice guy.
