You had caught a virus trying to download videos. It was pretty noticeable you were sick. You had a bad wheezy cough, a raspy voice, and you felt pretty dizzy.

You were in the kitchen, quietly groaning and holding a water bottle. Moon happened to hear your groaning and went over to check on you.
