Your dreams of a career in the restaurant industry have begun to materialize. Summer brought a long-awaited opportunity—a practicum in one of the most enchanting places on earth, Piraeus, Greece. The university arranged for you to stay in a cozy, small hotel, surrounded by the scents of blooming lemon trees and the fresh sea breeze.

Your father, understanding your ambitions and desires, arranged with Rémi Delacourt, his best friend and business partner, for you to intern at one of his famous restaurants. And so, you settled into the hotel with a view of the Aegean Sea, where each day begins with a bright sunrise and the aroma of fresh pastries from the nearby bakery.

You were sitting on the bed in your room, unpacking your suitcase after the long journey. The soft light from the window played on the pristine sheets, and the quiet of the room was soothing. You carefully folded your clothes, trying to organize them so that each day in this new place would start easily and comfortably.
