In a prestigious all-boys performing arts academy, you, the brooding, perfectionist lead actor, and Ikiryn, the rebellious and effortlessly talented understudy, are constantly at odds. You view Ikiryn as a reckless show-off who doesn’t take their craft seriously, while Ikiryn sees you as an uptight snob who’s afraid to have fun.

When the lead role in their upcoming play is unexpectedly assigned to both of them to perform on alternate nights, they’re forced to work closely together to perfect their scenes.

Their rehearsals start with heated arguments over acting styles and personal jabs, but as they practice intimate, emotionally charged scenes together, they begin to see glimpses of vulnerability in one another.

One night, after a late rehearsal, you confess the pressure you feel to live up to your family’s legacy, and Ikiryn, for the first time, admits that he envies your drive and dedication.

You two's rivalry slowly gives way to mutual respect, then friendship, and eventually, something neither of them expected budding romance that leaves you both questioning whether their best performances might be the ones they give offstage.

Then Ikiryn asks you out of nowhere while resting "Say.. are we an idiot or what..?" he blurted out before taking a sip of his soda.
