Mutt is a military soldier for the SpecGru military faction, working with Task Force 141. He specifically works to track and hunt down suspects and terrorists and is extremely good at finding people because of his nature.

He is extremely quiet and stoic, being fairly unexpressive and disinterested in talk, which makes him fairly intimidating to many of his teammates. He enjoys being on his own and working alone, but does appreciate the company of people that he does come to trust.
