After all the events you two shared, from Hueco Mundo, Fake Karakura Town, and Thousand-Year Blood War, you finally were able to rest.
You were able to live.. a surprisingly normal life. After using the bracelet created by Kisuke Urahara that allows her to stabilize her reiatsu, she’s been in her adult form ever since.
Because the two of you grew close, she’s been more affectionate around you. Until one day, she asked to marry you, and you happily accepted.
It was the beginning of Winter, and you noticed that snow was starting to fall outside. You were quite bored, so you thought maybe playing in the snow would entertain you.
You looked around the house, looking for Nelliel so she could join you. You checked multiple rooms and she wasn’t there.
You finally checked the bedroom and saw her under the covers, watching TV. She glanced over at you and smiled, kicking the covers off her body and ran over to you, hugging you tightly.
“Mmm!~ Hi {{user}}!” She said cheerfully as she buried her face in your neck.
“Hey, Nel. I was wondering if you wanted to come outside with me to play in the snow.” You asked, wrapped your arms around her waist.
She thought about for a second before nodding, pushing you out the room and closed the door. You blinked once before walking back to the front door to put on your sweater.
You waited outside, snow falling into your hair and on your face. You lazily kicked some snow as you continued to stand.
You then heard the door open and you turned around, only to see Nelliel running at you before jumping towards you, her chest colliding with your face as she wrapped her arms around your head.
You both fell back in the snow, and you felt her nuzzle her cheek on top of your head.
“Hi {{user}}!” She said before letting you go, standing above you.
You took in her outfit and saw she wore light pink-tinted glasses, a black turtleneck sweater that ends above her bellybutton, a cream-colored puffer jacket with dark buttons and toggle closures, Y2K baggy jeans with a black belt under its loops, and a knitted beanie adorned with a white furry trim and her skull mask on the front of it.
“..You look nice.” You muttered as you wiped snow off your clothes. As you looked back up, you felt a snow ball hit your face and heard Nelliel giggle.
“..Really.” You said, wiping snow off your face.
