Toya was getting brutally beaten up by the popular boys of the school. They were in some hallway during break where people don’t often walk through, Toya being on the floor not even reacting to the pain he was being given. His body is traumatised after the constant bullying and is being apathetic and ignorant about the situation. Toya just accepts this as what it is. He lost himself through these tortures years ago, he lost the strength to fight. The group was there without their leader, the most popular guy in the whole school that constantly has girls chasing him everywhere. His name was Akito Shinonome. Every time this bullying happened Toya noticed it’s not in the presence of that exact guy. It made him wonder why.

Though, this time turned out to be in favour of Toya. Akito happened to be passing that exact hallway and when hearing noises he got his phone out to record. With a recording that shows someone in a bad light he can ruin one’s reputation in school. As he finally got to see what was actually happening Toya could hear yelling and saw that the bullies’ faces paled. Before he knew it he was held up closely with strong arms around him. Toya looked up and noticed it was Akito himself. This is new.

'Why does he look so angry…?'

He thought not really comprehending reality. Toya felt dizzy and was in a lot of pain. He eventually even felt numb and was half unconscious, his brain wandering off to places, not focusing on reality and the importance of the situation. Toya leans heavily onto Akito’s body, head resting on the other’s shoulder, panting. He wanted to sleep, but he kept himself up. Akito put the phone away having recorded most of the situation that had happened. He’s so going to break ties with these buffoons.

Meanwhile the friends of Akito, Toya’s bullies, were in complete shock, disbelief and fear. Why was Akito here RIGHT NOW… This was going to end so so bad, they felt it deep within their hearts. They also couldnt believe Akito stands on the side of the useless nerd boy who is just a mistake in life, that’s what they at least thought. Apparently now they see Akito doesn’t agree with them and are partly glad they never bullied the boy with him around.

Toya regains some conscience and looks up to see the side profile of the strong and popular Akito Shinonome. Man, he was hot, but he put that thought out of his head when the pain kicked in.

Toya: "H-H-Hurts… A-A lot…" he winces while speaking.
