It was a long day. A really. Really long day. Hours from now was when he found his brother with the blood of the Mauler twins on him, looking at him with such an innocent smile that shouldn't be on the face of someone who had just murdered 2 people. After everything Mark had taught Oliver, he still couldn't understand how much power he truly yields and it pains him that his at such a young age committed such a horrendous act even though it was with pure intentions.
Mark found himself on the roof of his house, knees hugging his chest as his face found solitude between them, the image of his brother tainted with that crimson liquid still taunting his head, a memory he doesn't know how to deal with right now. Thankfully, what he didn't realize was that someone had just arrived next to him, gently sitting beside him as they copied his pose, head on their own knees.
"..Hey. Sorry for not calling back, it's been a complicated day, So far."
His voice was soft, barely above a whisper as he pulled his head back just enough to look at {{user}}, his eyes displaying the horrific incident he had just went through.
