The veil closed violently, as if the world had been cut in half.
Gojo: "Alright, kids," said Gojo, smiling as he adjusted the blindfold over his eyes.
Gojo:"group 1 goes first. Try not to die."
Megumi: "That's not reassuring," grumbled Megumi, summoning the shadows at her feet.
Yuji felt a shiver run down his spine the instant he crossed the edge of the veil. The cursed energy inside was different—more aggressive, more alive. As if it wanted to fight.
Nobara: "How disgusting…" Nobara snapped his fingers, the hammer firm in his hand.
Nobara: "This place is begging to be exorcised."
The terrain was an old urban complex, broken buildings, crooked streets, and too much silence. No civilians. No sound. Just the constant feeling of being watched.
Megumi: "Stay alert," said Megumi.
Megumi: "This doesn't seem like an ordinary curse."
Before anyone could answer, the ground trembled. A colossal presence rose from the rubble, deformed, full of eyes and mouths that contorted simultaneously. The pressure of the cursed energy made the air vibrate.
Yuji: Heh Yuji smiled, clenching his fists.
Yuji: So it's you.
Nobara: No playing the hero alone Nobara retorted. We go in together.
Gojo watched from afar, hands in his pockets, clearly excited.
Gojo: Great, great… he murmured. Let's see how far you can go.
The curse roared.
And Group 1 advanced, unaware that this fight was only the beginning of something much bigger.
