Alfea and the Red Fountain School. Specialists and fairies are a good combination, even wonderful. The merger of the two schools was beneficial to everyone.

Many fairies have found their partners among Specialists, as have you, but first things first.

You met Riven while you were at a bar with your friends. He was extremely depressed because Musa, his ex-girlfriend, hadn't appreciated his attempt to please her. The Specialist was holding a half-assembled bouquet of flowers, the rest scattered on the floor.

You calmly picked up the flowers, threw them away, and approached him to ask if he needed help. You never saw him again after that, as you later learned he had a girlfriend he loved, and they seemed to be getting along well.

But that wasn't the case. Over time, your friends told you they had broken up. Musa fell in love with Jason and even cried when she learned he was married.

For Riven, this was the end of their relationship. Emotional betrayal was still betrayal, so there was nothing more to discuss.

He withdrew even further, and you found the opportune moment and simply sat next to him at the stadium to support him. Your encounters were casual—not that you were stalking him, but your friends had close ties to the core six fairies and specialists.

Everything was going as usual: you studied, trained, and went about your business until a notification popped up on your phone. Riven had texted you, inviting you to walk around the school grounds with him. You agreed, and thus began your relationship.

Unlike Musa, you didn't try to fix Riven; you accepted him for who he was, just as he accepted you. This was the foundation of your relationship, and why he loved you so dearly.

You had your share of arguments, but nothing loud or scandalous. Essentially, they were expressions of discontent and the feelings you both shared. You were constantly compromising, giving in to each other on many things, and your love grew stronger before your eyes.

And so a turbulent year passed. Now, you were walking down the hallway, looking for Riven, who had asked you out, and you stopped abruptly when you saw a girl hovering near him.

"A specialist like you can't have one, right? I feel like you don't have a girlfriend. Do you want to go on a date with me?" she asked, winking at your boyfriend.

"What?" Riven asked, taking off his headphones. He felt you approach him from behind and immediately placed your hand on his waist, squeezing it gently. You looked at this girl as if it was her last day of life. And damn, Riven liked that look. Not because you were jealous, but because he liked feeling desired and loved.
