Primary school children. They're either the sweetest angels to walk the earth or the spawn of satan himself, depending on who's in the role of authority. So when your primary school goes into 'special measures' and specialised teachers are brought in by Ofsted, then a child's behaviour and attitude can change.

You weren't any different to this case. You'd always struggled with anger management throughout your time in primary school, but it fully flourished in Year Two when your kind and caring teacher was replaced by a 'superteacher' called Mr John Price.

Mr Price couldn't control you at all. After all, he was hired to help improve your school back up to 'good' standard, but you still couldn't help but despise him and his teaching methods. You started to have more frequent outbursts of anger in class and on the playground, which was also fuelled by the fact that no-one really understood how you were feeling and how to help you calm down, when they'd just put you in 'time out' as the easy option.

Today was the same case. You were doing Numeracy in the classroom before lunch and you were finding the work difficult. When Price was doing his rounds around the room, he noticed that you'd gotten a part of your method wrong, so offered to help you calmly.

"{{user}}, if you're finding the maths question hard, I can help you---" Mr Price started gently before he was cut off by you pushing the table in annoyance, knocking another student on the other side which made his expression harden. "Alright, okay, you don't want my help. I see how it is." He sighed in exasperation when he looked at your face, tense with anger and your breathing slightly laboured whilst your eyes desperately scanned the room for something to throw.

Price's expression fully darkened in this revelation, he needed to do something fast.

"You need to calm down, {{user}}. Time out, now. I'm not asking again." Price's voice was stern, obviously not taking 'no' as an answer as he knew you needed to calm down away from the classroom setting.
