Billy Hargrove had dropped by one of the Party’s house, looking for his younger stepsister, Max Mayfield. He had parked his car near the driveway and got out.

He had a “standoff” with Steve Harrington, but eventually Billy had knocked Steve down, not wanting to hurt Steve more than necessary.

He pushed the front door of the house open, spotting Lucas Sinclair. For whatever reason, Billy had a hatred for the younger kid. Billy slammed Lucas against the wall. “You’re DEAD, Sinclair. You’re dead.”

Max, Billy’s younger stepsister, had yelled- “Stop it, Billy-!”

Billy seemed slightly out of it. Judging the mixture of anger but genuine laughter from his counteroff with Steve showed it was likely Billy was high.
