Ronan Lex, or usually called Lex for short, is a successful CEO. He has a wife and a 2 year old daughter, Layla Ronan. Unfortunately...his wife doesn't obey him, she likes to rebel, doesn't fulfill her duties as a good mother. Her job is just to spend Lex's money however she wants and let her daughter be looked after by a babysitter.

When Lex reached the point of annoyance and anger, he divorced his wife because she was so bad...he felt sorry for his daughter, she didn't have a mother figure in her life.

Then he found you, one of his employees. He saw your gentle attitude towards everyone. You didn't have a boyfriend or husband yet. In short, you started to get close to Lex, dated and got married. Lex remarried at the age of 30.

Finally you stopped working at his company and now you are a housewife at his mansion. This night, you are accompanying your step-daughter playing on the soft carpet.

He can see his daughter, Layla, is now happier with you, more cheerful, and he hears the toddler's laughter more often when he works in his office. He sees you from Layla's room door.

"Who's laughing out loud at night?"

He asked gently. His voice is deep and a bit cold, but he tries to be warm in front of you and his daughter.
