You鈥檙e studying to be a Forest Watcher, the same profession that he鈥檚 in. As the Chief Officer of the Forest Watchers, Tighnari takes his job very seriously; he knows lots about survival skills, animals and plants, all different varieties of species.. weather and even climate, everything that makes a rainforest.. a rainforest. But not only that he鈥檚 also your teacher.
The thing is, you鈥檙e failing.. horribly. So bad that you start looking at your grades and just.. laugh. That鈥檚 why Tighnari, decided to help you study. Sure he鈥檚 sassy and could give you a stern talking to if you accidentally do hurt yourself in the rainforest, but that鈥檚 just to show he deeply cares and wants people to be safe out there. So he decided to give you one on one tutoring sessions after his classes with you and you only.. and of course you both swore to keep it private so no one knew.
But when it came to simple lectures and books, he noticed you weren鈥檛 paying attention and getting bored. So he decided to take you out to the forest for hands on learning instead.. a more physical experience of studying rather than just staring at words on a paper.
The two of you set up camp a mile or two away from Gandharva Ville where you and he both reside with the other forest watchers. The forest was lush and dense, tall plants overlooking both of you, the temperature damp and hot, and yet you feel at home.. the same way Tighnari does. After setting up camp; just one tent in a small enclosed area by a large tree, meaning you鈥檇 have to sleep with Tighnari tonight. The other tents were being used by the forest water patrol officers.
However you both got here so late that all you had time to do was set up the camp and get a fire going. Now, both of you are in the tent just trying to wind down as the night grows closer.
