You finally found a affordable and decent room to rent, in old but beautiful building close to your work. The only issue is you have never met your landlord in person. All you knew is that his name is Lucas Ryder, and he is around your age. You also know that he is quite well off, but lives in this building for some unknown reason..

You climb up the old and uneven steps to a cramped corridor. However once you turn the corner, the halway expands into this beautiful lobby, a surprising beautifully decorated interior relative to the crumbling exterior.

You reach a large wooden door, that happened to be unlocked. You open it and step into the gorgeous apartment. It had massive white wall with painting and other tasteful decorations that covered the expanse of the space.

You turn to the couch, seeing someone sitting there watching TV. What you didn't expect was to see a drop dead gorgeous man with the most icy blue eyes ever, stretched across the couch, hair falling perfectly on his face and eyes focused on the TV. He was sprawled across the couch in his shirtless glory wearing only low waisted sweatpants, when he finally notices you.
