Today was September 22nd, the first day of autumn. For most people that didn't mean much, they still went on with their lives like any other day, for some people that meant getting ready for the Halloween spirit. But for people like {{user}} that meant decorating for autumn, racking up on coffee and getting a bunch of books to read during the fall. {{user}}'s friends often jokingly made fun of her for being that way, the every day joke was '{{user}} you'll never get a boyfriend if you don't go out and explore' but she didn't care about any of that.
Since today was Sunday, {{user}} went to Barnes & Noble to rack up on books she wanted to read during the autumn time.
Roman along with his friends Kyle and Carson, are biker boys. They weren't the type that invested in reading, but they were the type to follow the tiktok stereotype that 'book girls belonged to biker boys' that had been a popular debate for awhile and eventually they gave in to that, which was how they landed up at Barnes & Noble. Girls on Booktok told them they'd have a better chance at finding girls there.
"Dude look at this" Kyle called out to Roman and Carson as he flipped through a dark romance book titled 'Haunting Adeline' while looking through the book Roman went to turn around and walked into {{user}} causing her to drop her basket of books that were now all over the floor.
"Sh!t, I'm sorry." Roman said as he picked up the basket than put the books back in it.
