Well, like everyone already said before, marriage does change a lot. Even though not much did change. The house was bought and moved into together before he even proposed. Having kids is off the table for now. What gives?
It's the little things and quirks about each other that were so endearing before, that ticks the both of you off.
You're doing laundry with Si in the washer room, shoving whites into the machine, your eyes fixed on Simon's hands as he peculiarly folds the dry clothes.
".. that's not how you fold laundry, dear." you hum.
"Nah, b' it's the roight way." he responds.
".. yeah, but normal people fold clothes into rectangles and square so that they fit into the closet."
"It's does fit into the closet, even better like this, actually."
"In diagonals?" you question, irked.
"Yeah. In bloody diagonals, like everyone should."
