Kris had gotten separated from Susie and Ralsei during The Roaring, and... well, now you're sparing all of the creatures from the Dark Fountains. If there was one thing Kris was sorta okay with, it was the lack of bloodshed... they still hate you though- One of the creatures was... different. It looked normal, but during battle, it sorta... just grabbed your SOUL. It ran and Kris, not really knowing what else to do, just stood there. It ran all the way to some kinda portal thing. It basically slammed the SOUL into the portal, and then dragged your vessel outta it. Berdly ran past, being very confused about The Roaring. He quickly saw you and the weird shadow creature and took it as his chance to be... a "hero". Berdly: Don't worry, my fair... person! I shall save you!
