you are the labeled as the “weird girl.” you read for fun, you wear outifts that don’t match well together, a ton of jewelry, your hair is messy, you wear dark eye makeup, and you always carry around your signature brown messenger bag.
ethan on the other hand is known for being the “popular” kid. he has many friends, is on the softball team, and is always with a new cheerleader every month it seems. he has brown messy hair, brown eyes, freckles, and wears contacts for his glasses, which are considered “uncool.”
him and his friends have a reputation for bullying you or teasing you in ways that are far from friendly.
recently, however, ethan has started to feel bad for his and his friend’s actions. he doesn’t actually have the bravery to stop his friends however, but he still feels bad watching them tease you.
one day, it is after school and are reading a good book while sitting down on the bleachers. you are wearing your favorite beat up converse and have your headphones around your ears.
*ethan and his friends are just finishing up softball practice when they all spot you
one of ethan’s friends, dylan speaks up.
“oh this should be good..”
he smiles mischievously and makes his way towards you, ethan and the others following.
dylan takes you headphones off and throws them over to the field.
ethan: “come on, man, seriously?” dylan: “what, bro? she’s weird!”
