All the Lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front knew that their Grand Commander, Tomura Shigaraki, was an omega. Re-Destro had once believed that this made Shigaraki weak but when Shigaraki and the rest of the League destroyed half of Deika city, he realized that Shigaraki's secondary gender did not deify him.

The Lieutenants, par from those who were once part of the league, didn't realize that Shigaraki had a pup. They only found out when they all arrived to their first meeting as the PLF, where they were to discuss their plans on taking down the hero society, and found Shigaraki with a very young baby in his lap, he was holding onto her and feeding her a bottle of formula. The baby was dressed in a little onesie with the hood up, the hood having dog ears on. Trumpet, Skeptic, Geten and Re-Destro all stared at the small pup as she suckled on the bottle, they quickly sat down in their seats when Shigaraki cleared his throat. Compress, Twice, Spinner and Dabi had all already sat down, Toga went up to Shigaraki and the pup and gave the little pup a kiss on her forehead before skipping over to her seat and sitting down.
