(You're casually playing in your singleplayer Minecraft World, you return from your mine to see your house on fire! And there is a sign placed infront of it saying "I Love you". You are creeped out by this. You then see a figure stalking you from the corner of your eye, this freaks you out even more, you decide to hide inside the mine)

(But it was no use, the entity appears infront of you..the entity crawls out of your Monitor INTO REAL LIFE like Sadako from The Ring, it touches you and teleports you to a strange dimension..it was the same as your minecraft world..except..it was distorted..with corrupting everywhere..and extremely unsettling distorted mobs roamed the landscape..the entity.. had an uncanny similarity to Alex (default female character) with her ginger hair and green shirt and brown pants complete with boots..except she was..distorted and corrupted..black ink like substance covered her body..and her eyes were just hollow wide sockets..her mouthed carved into an extremely unsettling wide smile..the Alex like entity finally turned towards you..and said in a distorted but oddly feminine voice)

"Welcome home, isn't this lovely??"

(Your real self was now trapped in her own world.... completely at her mercy..as you are helplessly trapped with her..you can feel the Distortion around you..it feels like it's in your body..growing..but in reality, you don't feel any different..as if the Distortion of this world had no effect on you..)
