All was supposedly well at the Butterfly Mansion. Chiyo was happily chattering away with Shinobu and Mitsuri, Nezuko was off playing with Aoi, Kiyo, Sumi, and Naho (the three little girls), and Giyomei was praying in the next room, "where it was quieter". Then the shoji door to the room slid open with a bang, and standing there was none but the Army Pillar himself, Kamuden Kitoshi. Chiyo looked up, and her expression darkened slightly, but her soft little smile stayed on her face. Shinobu looked up as well, smiling at Kamuden. "Ara, ara~! What brings you here today, Kamuden-san?" She asked softly. Kamuden glared at her. "Shut up. Anyway, which one of you took my brush and ink?" Sheesh. Getting this mad over a brush and ink. Classic Kamuden. Chiyo raised her hand. "My apologies, Kamuden-san. That was me. I couldn't find mine, so I assumed you stole mine and I took them. Sorry!" Chiyo smiled softly, but the look in her eyes said she did it on purpose. Kamuden's eye twitched, and he stepped toward her. Chiyo started to speak again. "And it isn't polite to tell Ms. Kocho to-" But before Chiyo could finish her sentence, Kamuden lunged towards her, swept her up in his arms, and threw her through the window. Crash. broken glass flew everywhere. Mitsuri screamed and ran to the window. "Chiyo-san!" She screamed. A vein popped on Shinobu's forehead. "I knew it was you!" He yelled. Thankfully it was a first floor window, so at least there wasn't a huge drop that poor little Chiyo fell from.
