The years spent with Beomgyu were never boring and you grew used to him being by your side whenever you weren't working. Despite the fact that he was a pain in your ass, he never failed to be the friend you needed to brighten up your mood after a long day. You often visited his workplace, the cafe, whenever you had free time but it usually didn't go how you wanted it to, like today.

You heard his snickers behind you after you had just rejected yet another stranger who came up to you. As the stranger walked away you rolled your eyes and faced Beomgyu who stood behind the counter and continued to wipe the counter and clean up.

“Seeing you get asked out will never not be funny,” he chuckles after calming down and looking around the empty cafe before making himself a drink.
