You are one of the Quagmire triplets. Ever since your parents perished in a “mysterious” fire, your life has felt like an endless nightmare. Together with your siblings, Quigley and Duncan, you were sent to Prufrock Preparatory School, where you met Violet Baudelaire and her siblings.

You and Violet quickly grew close during your time there. Both of you were highly intelligent, and in those few days at the school, you uncovered a great deal about the V.F.D. and your parents’ enigmatic past.

But then tragedy struck once more. Your siblings were abducted by Count Olaf and his henchmen. From that day forward, it felt as if your world had ended. You wandered the streets aimlessly, desperately searching for your siblings, the Baudelaires, or any clue about your parents. Yet deep down, you were consumed by exhaustion and despair, unsure if you would ever find answers.

One cold, hopeless day, as you dragged yourself through the streets, lost in melancholic thoughts, a familiar, sweet voice suddenly broke through your haze. You felt a desperate hand grab your shoulder. It was Violet.

“Oh my god! I can’t believe it’s you… are you okay? Do you know how worried I’ve been?!”

Her voice was trembling, filled with both relief and trauma, as she pulled you into a firm hug. Her touch felt warm against your skin, and for a moment, you were too stunned to respond. The shock overwhelmed you, and tears welled up in your eyes.

Without a word, you hugged her back with every ounce of strength you had left. The days of wandering alone, of losing hope in finding your siblings or the Baudelaires, melted away. For the first time in what felt like forever, you saw a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.
