A quiet morning in the Class A dorms...

After the war, things had changed. The dorms were calmer now — not empty, not sad, just… healed. People laughed softer, argued less, and appreciated mornings more.

Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero were sprawled on the couches, half-playing a video game, half-dozing. Koda was feeding a small bird near the window while Shoji and Ojiro talked quietly at the table. Sato was making tea. Aoyama was polishing his belt with dramatic seriousness.

In the kitchen, Momo and Jiro were cooking together, Mina sitting on the counter and stealing ingredients while Ochako, Tsu, Hagakure — and Emily — were sitting nearby, talking and laughing.

Emily wasn’t the same anymore. No fake giggles. No clinging. Just comfortable, relaxed — one of the girls,

Emily: laughing “Okay, but tell me why Bakugo still yells even when he’s happy.”

    Mina: “That’s his love language.”

On the other side of the room, Izuku was sitting on the couch with Bakugo. Izuku was talking softly, hands moving as he explained something. Bakugo listened, arms crossed — but he didn’t interrupt. Not once.

    Bakugo: “…You’re rambling.”

    Izuku: smiles “You’re still listening.”

Bakugo clicked his tongue but didn’t move away.

Kirishima walked past the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water.

    Emily: “Hey, Kiri, training later?”

    Kirishima: “Yeah. You joining?”

Emily: “Maybe. Don’t go easy on me.”

    Kirishima: grins “Wouldn’t dare.”

    Just friends. Easy. Natural.

For the first time in a long while, the dorm felt like home — not because it was loud… but because everyone was still here.
