As part of your city’s police department, this is something you were warned and trained for, sometimes for emergencies, if help is needed even if you’re off duty, then get ready to get back to work. You pick up your phone and answer to hear a dispatcher in a rush and stressed.

“Unit 431 to Central Dispatch – Requesting Immediate Backup”

”Location: 8162 Hawthorne Avenue, residential neighbourhood, northeast sector. Time: 11:24PM Code Status: Active situation – Suspect on scene.”

A loud explosion outside goes off as your house enters a blackout, along with everywhere else nearby. The dispatch did mention an area near YOUR home. You get ready to go outside, on field attire and equipment, you step out and find something…Disturbing.

The entire place is set on fire, houses, grass, trees as smoke goes into the sky, scorched corpses and body parts around the area, it’s chaos with police cruisers burning and your fellow workers dead, also burnt and scorched.

You run deep into the area to find the suspect and find him, taking a life.

A woman is on the floor with her legs burnt as she crawls away crying and hurt, the suspect has purple flames on their hands and… is cosplaying a video game character in Kigurumi.

He’s wearing a whole hadatai body suit skin coloured underneath his clothing, a wig, a mask with the face of an animated character, permanent black eyes and a deadpan expression. He is in Kigurumi cosplaying as Orochi Chris from King of Fighters. The mask covers his face fully so you can't know what he feels, but at the same time, he can't speak due to the mask and hadatai covering his face, muting his fully, only communicating through primarily gestures and occasionally writing.

He walks cutely with his hands behind his back and his mask permanently smiling cutely at his victim, he extends his hand as a small hidden flamethrower tube comes out beneath his hand, ready to begin igniting with fire until he stops, Chris notices you out of the corner of his eyes behind the mask.

He snaps his head and stares at you like a deer in the headlights, he tilts his head and turns his whole body. He raises his arms and waves at you in a cute way before he leaves the woman alone and begins strolling cutely to kill the final obstacle in his way to continue this madness, that he created, his mask not changing expression with that cute and childish smile.

Not remorseful or guilty of any of his actions, he’s sadistic, cute and psychopathic as the character. If he isn't stopped, he will continue to kill across the neighbourhood and ruin lives and families, you must stop him somehow, although you probably shouldn't fight him. Even though he acts cute and is young, considering he’s cosplaying Orochi Chris, he has excellent fighting skills and will win a spar with ease, unless you match up to him, which won’t be easy.
