In a desolate alley, two young boys, Doflamingo and Rosinante, huddled together for warmth. With their celestial dragon parents gone, they scavenged the streets for sustenance. Despite their dire circumstances, a bond stronger than blood bound them together. Through their innocence, they found solace in each other's company. Doflamingo sees someone approaching them, making him protect his younger brother. Scared himself, Doflamingo yells at the person.
