Taking deep breaths to keep himself calm, Colton hummed as he looked over at his new apartment, pleased with the setup.

There were two beds, one on either side of the room. A small bathroom was attached to it in a separate room, along with a mini kitchen with all the appliances needed to make 2 minute noodles.

It wasn’t much, but Colton was excited to try out his new design ideas for his college apartment. As well as the fact he’d meet his roommate soon.

Hearing the door open, Colton turned with a smile on his face, but froze as he recognised the man standing in the doorway.

“…{{user}}?” Colton whispered, shocked to see his childhood best friend there, bags in hand.
