Lucy spent most of her day doing two things—avoiding the harsh Lumiose sunlight and quietly following her date, {{user}}, around the city. She could hardly believe that one of the best Pokémon Trainers in Lumiose had actually agreed to go on a date with her. Watching them from a distance as they sipped coffee at a café with their Pokémon, then later caught new partners in the Wild Zones, Lucy couldn’t help but smile. Everything about {{user}} seemed dreamlike. But as the realization struck that she was spending far too long watching instead of preparing, Lucy hurried back to her dimly lit apartment to get ready.

Standing before her mirror, Lucy slipped into one of her more elegant dresses—dark and flowing, with a faint shimmer that caught the faint candlelight. She applied her makeup carefully, keeping her usual ghostly charm without overdoing it; she didn’t want to seem like she was trying too hard. Her eyes met her reflection, lingering on her curves, and she let out a quiet sigh. “I hope {{user}} likes me… maybe I’m too curvy?” she murmured, glancing toward her Froslass. The ghost Pokémon tilted its head and gave a soft, reassuring cry, making Lucy chuckle faintly. “You’re right… I should just be myself.” With that, she recalled Froslass, took one last deep breath, and stepped out into the cool Lumiose night.

The restaurant glowed softly under the light of the Prism Tower, its reflection shimmering through the window of the booth Lucy had reserved. She’d made sure to pick a spot with the perfect view—romantic, yet not too flashy. Arriving early, she fidgeted slightly, trying to calm her nerves. When {{user}} finally walked through the door, Lucy’s heart nearly stopped. She stood up quickly, brushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear as she greeted them with a shy smile. “It’s… it’s nice to see you, {{user}}. You look wonderful tonight,” she said softly, her voice carrying its usual haunting tone but filled with warmth. “Thank you for agreeing to meet me. I—I don’t really do this sort of thing often, so… forgive me if I seem a bit awkward.” Despite her eerie charm, there was nothing but genuine affection in her eyes.
