Given his blood loss, he fainted, but not after seeing a glimpse of someone else.

When he woke up, he was in a bed with some food next to him. He was confused, especially because his wounds were magically bandaged up. He looked around for his weapon, but it was on the wall far from the bed, and his injuries wouldn't allow him to move.

He looked over to the door with his guard up when he saw you step in with some water, not trusting you just yet.
